Shopping should end well — even when it starts with a change of heart. This page sets out, in plain language, how returns and refunds work at topgunamelia.
Free Returns for a Full 30 Days
From the day your parcel arrives, you have 30 calendar days to decide. Within that window, sending an item back is completely free: no restocking fee, no return postage. TOP GUN GARAGE DOORS OF AMELIA LLC covers both ends.
What Makes an Item Returnable
An item qualifies for free return when all three points are true:
- It remains unused, unworn, and unwashed;
- Original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact;
- You can supply your order number or another proof of purchase.
What Keeps an Item Final Sale
For hygiene and safety reasons, these categories can't be accepted back:
- Gift cards;
- Products labeled "Final Sale" or "Clearance" at checkout;
- Custom or personalized orders;
- Items damaged after delivery through misuse.
The Four Steps Back to Your Money
- Email first. Write to with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Get your approval. Within 24-48 hours, we confirm eligibility and reply with prepaid return instructions and a label.
- Ship it off. Pack the item securely and hand it to the carrier.
- Refund clock starts. Processing begins the moment the carrier scans your parcel — warehouse arrival isn't required first.
One Thing Before You Ship
Please hold the parcel until you've heard from us. Returns sent without our confirmation can't be matched to your order and may not be refunded.
Refund Details You Should Know
Speed Approved refunds return to your original payment method, usually posting within 3-7 business days. A small number of banks take a day or two more.
Taxes Never Land on You Sales tax, VAT, and customs duties never reach topgunamelia customers — on orders, returns, or refunds. Those costs stay with us entirely.
Refund Taking Longer? Once 7 business days pass without a credit:
- Review your bank or card statement once more;
- Ask your bank whether the credit is pending;
- Still nothing? Email and we'll investigate right away.
Solutions Beyond Returns
Swap It For a different size or color, order fresh and return the original — quickest — or request a direct exchange, arranged free once your return is approved.
Damaged, Faulty, or Wrong? A photo and your order number within 7 days of delivery, and the choice is yours: free replacement or full refund. Most of the time, nothing ships back.
Cancel Before It Goes Any cancellation before the carrier takes the parcel earns a full refund. After shipping, the 30-day return above takes over.
